Hungarian Regional Science Association 13th Annual Meeting

  • Regional Processes of Central and Eastern Europe, 1990-2015

The Hungarian Regional Science Association is going to hold its 13th annual conference in 19-20 November 2015 in Eger with the focus on the Regional Processes of Central and Eastern Europe.

The keynote speakers will be Prof. Jouke van Dijk, President of the European Regional Science Association, Prof. Daniela L. Constantin, President of the Romanian Regional Science Association, Prof. Tomasz Komornicki, Deputy Director of Institute of Geography and Spatial Organization Polish Academy of Sciences and prof. James W. Scott University of Eastern Finland.

On the second day of the conference parallel sessions will be organized, one session in English (Development, Convergence and Regional Processes in Central and Eastern Europe, 1990-2015).

Presentations of 20 minutes are welcomed.

Registration is free of charge for the speakers from Central and Eastern Europe (excluding Hungary).

Abstracts (less than 500 words), should be submitted by e-mail to Zoltán Gál (galz@rkk.hu) by 20 October 2015.
