Your presentation
Computers with MS office 2003 and projectors will be provided. Please save in advance your presentation in format .ppt and choose "PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation" type. Your presentation will be compatible with the older software version.
Travel information
ERSA congress airport info desk (located at Arrival terminal) will be open from 06.00 am to 10.00 pm on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th at Warsaw Chopin Airport (Okecie Airport). ERSA staff will guide you and will be on site until the last ERSA bus departure.
Several transport means will be available from the airport:
-* ERSA congress shuttle bus that will be stopping first at the venue and then at the different hotels
-* Use the regular bus line to reach the Lodz bus Station in the city center
-* Take the train
- *Take a taxi
It takes around 2h30 by shuttle bus to get to Lodz
