Due to the current situation related to the coronavirus epidemic, the Local Organizing Committee together with ERSA would like to annouce that this year’s Summer School features “Regions in transition, what implications for tourism and manufacturing?” which was scheduled from 14 to 19 June, 2020 at the University of Lausanne – Sion site in Switzerland, will now be held virtually from 15 to 17 June, 2020.

- Monday, 15 June 2020 – Welcome session, lecture, student presentations and Master Class with Philip McCann
- Tuesday, 16 June 2020 – Lectures and student presentations
- Wednesday, 17 June 2020 – Lectures, student presentations and closing session
The ERSA Summer School 2020 aims to provide PhD Students and young researchers with the very latest advances in regional sciences on the topics of cities and regions in the process of transformation. Both theoretical, empirical and policy analysis research are welcome.
