The research group Economic Modeling and Non Parametric Statistic, Technical University of Cartagena, is organizing the Eleventh Seminar of Spatial Econometrics in honor of Doctor J.H.P. Paelinck, in Cartagena (Spain). The conference aims to provide a forum for debate between young and consolidated researchers and it is open to both theoretical and applied papers which deal explicitly with questions of spatial modelling. It will be of special interest those contributions that within the scope of Spatial Econometric.
The 11th Seminar Jean Paelinck will be focus on the topic of Networks and spatial interaction of economic systems at a point level: theory and empirical issues.

The organiser is very pleased to invite you to Cartagena (Spain) to participate to the 11th edition of the Seminar of Spatial
Econometrics in honor of Professor Jean Paelinck. The workshop will be held in April 20-21, 2023. The conference aims to provide a forum for debate between young and consolidated researchers and it is open to both theoretical and applied papers, which deal explicitly with questions of spatial statistics and econometrics. It will be of special interest those contributions that within the scope of “Networks and spatial interaction of economic systems at a point level: theory and empirical issues”. We especially encourage submission by junior researchers.
