4th ERSA International Workshop

Regional and Urban Economies: Agglomeration Economies

In collaboration with the AQR (Regional Quantitative Analysis Research Group), IREA (Research Institute of Applied Economics) and the University of Barcelona.

The 4th ERSA International  Workshop was also the 2013 AQR-IREA Workshop.

The aim of this workshop was to bring together cutting-edge research papers on agglomeration economies and urban economics in general. Particular attention was paid to papers dealing with both micro and macro approaches of agglomeration economies, their production or consumption nature, and of course, causes or consequences derived from them.

The lecture of the Workshop was given by Mark Partridge (Ohio State University).
